New to Colorado birding
I just moved to Colorado from Florida. Quite a huge change in atmosphere and surroundings AND birds. I have been online most of the day looking through different field guides and websites trying to find out what birds are most common around the Denver area. Needless to say i'm not having much luck. Im not an experienced bird watcher, but I did spend quite a bit of time in Florida watching the birds in the yard and such. I know what I was seeing there and now I am clueless as to which kinds of birds I am seeing here. So does anyone have a possible listing of the common birds around this area or know where one might be? I woke up with different songs looking at different birds than I am used to and I am anxious to get to know what it is I am seeing! This is a great site by the way!
