Sure that's not the female? I saw 2 males and 2 females 2 days ago in NW corner.

No not a female. It's got the black chin and typical male coloring. Looking at this again it almost looks like an juvenile Orchard Oriole but I don't believe it is. Most likely just a "last year" immature.....

It's an Orchard Oriole....figured it out yesterday and forgot to change the title. It's a lifer for me, been wanting to see this bird for awhile!
