Wonderfully detailed shot. I would say its a male Swainson's due to the grey head, but I also agree that he looks kind of small.

Thats got to be an Osprey. His "fluffed" feathers make his face appear fuller, but definitely an Osprey. Someone posted a similar photo taken in silverthorne a few days back.

Very nice sequence. Hawks seem to get oblivious or a little nasty when they've made a kill. I got buzzed by a Coopers hawk who thought I had gotten too close when he had a mouse in tow.

When I was volunteering at a local raptor rehab place I got buzzed a couple of times myself after feeding the birds. Especially in the eagle fly cage as at one time we had as many 14 eagles in there at once. And you definitely know when you have been batted by an eagle wing.
